Job Overview:

As a Director of Food & Nutrition Services, you will lead the day-to-day operations of an acute care hospital dining account in Granada Hills, California. Managing a team of 50 associates, you will ensure top-quality food delivery through our Catering to You program.

Job Details:

You will oversee operations for a dining account with 200 licensed patient beds, maintaining client relations and upholding superior food quality standards for an annual managed volume of $2.5 million.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive relationships with patients, guests, and clients
  • Collaborate with Chef and management for menu creation and food quality
  • Manage P&L and budgeting for the account
  • Implement new culinary programs

Requirements:

  • BS in Hospitality or Culinary field
  • 3-5 years of foodservice operation experience
  • High volume production and catering experience
  • Prior budget management experience
