Job Details:

As a General Manager, you will lead the operation and cost-effective management of dining services in various facilities within a specific area. You will ensure financial goals are met and oversee all aspects of foodservice management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial aspects, including planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Ensure operational timelines are met and maintain high service standards
• Conduct management meetings and provide leadership and coaching to associates
• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
• Hire, train, and orientate new management associates

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of five years of retail operational foodservice management experience
• Strong knowledge of food trends, production, and cost controls
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification highly desirable
