Job Details:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, financial success, and compliance with health and safety standards. Your leadership will be key in driving client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships on campus.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise hiring, training, and development of staff
• Maintain food quality and customer service standards in the dining locations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports regularly
• Ensure compliance with safety standards for all operations
• Foster client relationships and alignment with objectives

Requirements:

• B.S. degree preferred
• Five or more years of food service management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Proficiency in financial analysis
• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed
