In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, financial success, and compliance with health and safety standards. Your leadership will be key in driving client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships on campus.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise hiring, training, and development of staff
- Maintain food quality and customer service standards in the dining locations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports regularly
- Ensure compliance with safety standards for all operations
- Foster client relationships and alignment with objectives
Requirements:
- B.S. degree preferred
- Five or more years of food service management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Proficiency in financial analysis
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed
