Job Details:

The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing financials, coordinating marketing efforts, overseeing inventory, ensuring sanitation and safety standards, and implementing new culinary programs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks
• Lead and develop a team of full-time associates
• Manage budget development, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Coordinate marketing efforts to maximize revenues
• Manage cost controls and expenditures
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards
• Roll out new culinary programs

Requirements:

• Culinary degree preferred, or A.A. Degree plus related experience
• Three or more years supervisory experience in food service operations
• Knowledge of retail, food, and catering trends
• Leadership, management, and coaching skills
• Communication skills both written and verbal
• Financial, budgetary, and accounting skills
