The Food Service Operations Director will provide leadership in catering and events management, ensuring compliance with company standards, contract guidelines, and health regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain food quality and customer service standards
• Supervise staff hiring, training, and development
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards
• Build strong client relationships to drive program alignment
• Support the efficient functioning of dining operations

Requirements:

• Six or more years of operational food service management experience
• Strong leadership abilities with staff development experience
• Proficiency in financial report analysis
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe? Certified
