Job Details:
In this position, you will assist with managing daily food service operations, supporting talent development, maintaining client relationships, ensuring profitability, and achieving financial goals in your designated area at the hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create nutritious and high-quality food.
- Introduce new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary teams.
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients and the team.
- Manage, train, and develop associates to enhance performance.
- Perform any other assigned duties effectively.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of food service management experience.
- Experience in various food service operations like restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or healthcare.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Financial experience and business acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office products and computer skills.
- Preferably hold an Associate?s degree.
