• Resolve patient concerns promptly and report issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Oversee food service activities, focusing on quality improvement, sanitation, and infection control.
• Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Requirements:

• 2 years of food service experience.
• Experience in various food service operations such as restaurants, hotels, or healthcare.
• Knowledge of food trends, quality, production, and cost controls.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office products and ServSafe Certification is a plus.
