We have an exciting opportunity for a Functional Analyst on the MySTAFF project within our Technology Group at our office in Kissimmee, Florida. Join our team to work on a Scheduling, Time and Attendance tracker, and Payroll application that spans desktop and mobile platforms.
Job Details:
The Functional Analyst will play a vital role in providing system analysis, configuration, QA, and support for Enterprise-level time and attendance applications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business team members, developers, and users to translate business needs into application requirements.
- Configure complex business pay and entitlement rules in compliance with state and federal labor laws.
- Assist in testing and implementing feature enhancements in web-based time and attendance/payroll applications.
- Provide second-level support and document requirements and specifications.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a functional analysis role, preferably with time and attendance systems.
- Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven track record of software requirements elicitation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
