  • Assist in hiring and training new associates.
  • Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-focused field.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
  • Initiative, flexibility, and leadership qualities.
