Job Details:

As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will oversee the EVS/housekeeping Department to ensure a sanitary and attractive environment for all residents.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment
• Plan work schedules and staffing needs
• Facilitate department training for associates
• Review work orders and ensure timely completion
• Conduct regular inventory of supplies
• Ensure compliance with communities' standards and regulations
• Assist in major projects and inspections

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience with Federal and Georgia healthcare surveys
• Knowledge of MS Office products
• Digital literacy skills
• Experience with financial accountability preferred
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or regular testing required
