Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing our Human Resources function. This position involves recruiting, onboarding, conflict resolution, and providing support in a union environment.

Job Details:

The ideal candidate will champion HR policies, provide strategic guidance, lead recruitment and onboarding efforts, promote associate engagement, manage HR data, drive training initiatives, and foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with state and federal laws
• Provide guidance to associates and management on complex issues
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage associate recognition programs and engagement surveys
• Review HR activity reports and oversee performance monitoring
• Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching to enhance team performance
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and corporate goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in HR or related field required; Master?s degree preferred
• PHR or SPHR designation strongly preferred
• Three+ years of HR generalist experience
• Experience in a corporate HR environment is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and training skills
