Job Overview:

Join our team as a Human Resources Manager, providing support in associate relations, recruitment, training, and diversity within a healthcare foodservice system of 11 acute care hospitals in an engaging and dynamic environment.

Job Details:

You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting management training, investigating associate relations issues, conducting exit interviews, and implementing recruitment plans to enhance the applicant flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct management training on terminations, sexual harassment, and performance management.
  • Advise management on resolving associate relations issues.
  • Coordinate exit interviews to understand separation reasons.
  • Recommend strategies to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Support internal customer surveys and interpret associate satisfaction feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred.
  • Two to five years of multi-unit HR generalist experience.
  • Experience in a high customer contact setting.
  • Ability to interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
