Requirements:

• 5 years? experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in an institutional setting.
• HVAC certification or license highly preferred; Refrigeration Technician experience required.
• Experience with blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, perform strenuous labor, and work with hand-operated construction equipment.
