Job Details:

The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for updating work statuses, determining job needs, cleaning, repairing, and diagnosing malfunctions of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Additionally, the technician assists in decision-making for repairs, analyzes building system problems, and supports project management activities as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Update work statuses in CMMS using a mobile device
• Determine job needs and deadlines
• Clean, service, and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Analyze and correct complex building system problems
• Support project management activities

Requirements:

• 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting
• Journeyman Electrical License, Registered ACR Technician with EPA certification, or Journeyman Plumber License
• Experience working with blueprints and schematics
• Valid driver?s license
