Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Income Tax Manager to join our team in Norcross, Georgia. This role focuses on research and planning initiatives within the income tax department, covering areas like corporate transactions, tax controversy, and compliance.

Job Details:

The successful candidate will need to possess strong technical tax skills, project management experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various business partners. This position reports to the Vice President, Income Tax Research and Planning, while working closely with the entire Income Tax Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform due diligence and analysis for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Conduct proactive tax research and planning to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Summarize new legislation and corporate tax developments for the company.
  • Research solutions for tax return positions and business inquiries.
  • Assist with income tax provision and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
  • 6+ years of corporate tax and accounting experience.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
