We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that the premises are safe and sanitary for all occupants.

Job Details:

The Janitor will perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. They will also be responsible for emptying trash receptacles, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, maintaining common areas, performing minor maintenance tasks, and monitoring cleaning supplies inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Perform minor maintenance tasks
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies inventory

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Experience in residential painting is a plus
