Job Overview:

We are looking for a Lab Services Technician to deliver high-quality lab services at various client locations. If you have expertise in isolating and cryopreserving primary cells, this role is for you!

Job Details:

The Lab Services Technician will be responsible for handling and processing primary blood and tissue samples, maintaining sterile techniques, performing flow cytometry protocols, and analyzing data.

Responsibilities:

• Isolate and cryopreserve primary PBMCs
• Handle and process primary blood and tissue samples
• Maintain sterile technique while culturing isolated cells
• Perform flow cytometry protocols and analyze data
• Complete daily maintenance and QC protocols
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records
• Maintain lab space cleanliness and inventory of supplies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience using sterile techniques
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with primary cell isolations
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in cell-based assays
• Previous flow cytometry experience required
• Experience in conducting multiplex ELISAs & protein labeling preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in lab-based biomedical, pharmaceutical, or biological sciences preferred
