The Hospitality Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for enhancing training programs to elevate hospitality excellence and operational performance across teams. Acting as a cultural ambassador, this role drives brand standards and fosters a Culture of CARE to inspire our people, strengthen culture, and transform communities. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, with expertise in hospitality standard methodologies and a passion for training and development.
This role focuses on designing, delivering, and improving training programs to ensure associates at all levels possess the skills and resources to deliver exceptional guest and team experiences.
This role entails local travel within Encinitas, California area three days per week and out-of-state travel twice a month with occasional overnight stays.
