Job Details:

The Learning & Development Manager will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives to enhance the skills and performance of our associates.

Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs and develop training materials.
• Create comprehensive training programs for associates.
• Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments.
• Facilitate training programs using various methods.
• Administer post-training evaluations and assessments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in Training, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in training and development.
• Knowledge of instructional design theory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
