Job Details:

The Learning & Talent Development Operations Specialist will collaborate with the Director, Learning & Talent Development, Systems & Analytics to support Talent Management and Learning initiatives. They will be instrumental in driving people processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement programs for workforce planning and performance management.
Support talent reviews, employee assessment, and succession planning processes.
Collect, analyze, and apply HR data to enhance Talent Management strategies.
Collaborate across departments to identify employee readiness and talent gaps in the Yorba Linda, California.
Assist in delivering solutions to address retention risks among high potential associates.

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR operations and talent development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw relevant insights.
Knowledge of performance management and succession planning best practices.
