We are looking for a skilled operator to work on our Conductive Fibers Coating process. The role involves operating various production lines to create conductive fibers efficiently.

Job Details:

The operator will be responsible for setup, monitoring, maintenance, and testing of the production process. This includes managing equipment, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production set-up, changeovers, and material loading
• Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and perform testing
• Maintain process control and accurate record keeping
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks and attend safety meetings
• Assist in other production areas and contribute to trials and testing

Requirements:

• High school diploma with good math skills
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and use tools effectively
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Familiarity with fiber/textile processes and rotating shifts is a plus
