Job Overview:

We are looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team in Santa Ana, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and running production to manufacture parts based on customer blueprints.

Job Details:

The selected candidate will read and interpret blueprints, set up CNC machines with tooling, run initial and production machining, make minor G-Code adjustments, deburr parts, and conduct self-inspections on parts.

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand blueprints
• Set up CNC machine with appropriate tooling
• Run first article and production machining
• Make small G-Code edits as needed
• Deburr parts and perform self-inspections

Requirements:

• PASSION for metal machining
• 3+ years of experience in machining and setups
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding tolerances
• Knowledge of CNC Lathes and Haas controller
• Ability to inspect parts with various measuring tools
