Job Details:

The Maintenance Worker/Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, cleaning, and operating plant areas, mechanical spaces, outdoor grounds, and campus facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, repair, clean, and operate various facility areas.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and repairs as assigned.
• Assist in decision-making for minor repairs and report major issues to supervisors.
• Clean sidewalks, parking areas, and dispose of waste and debris.
• Operate electrical and gasoline-powered equipment.

Requirements:

• One year of related maintenance experience.
• Apprentice card in plumbing, electric, and HVAC from the Tennessee.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
