Job Details:

This role involves performing a variety of maintenance duties to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities in Fountain Valley, California. The shift for this position is from 3:00pm to 11:30pm Sunday through Thursday with a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting equipment sets and plumbing fixtures
• Supervising building automation system adjustments for patient/staff comfort
• Performing generator testing, light fixture replacements, and maintenance tasks
• Coordinating specialized work with vendors and contractors
• Conducting building and mechanical room inspections

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related maintenance experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience with Building Automation Systems
