Job Overview:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 1st/Mid Shift position with some weekend coverage required. This role involves performing basic maintenance functions and repairs.

Job Details:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting various maintenance duties, repairs, and equipment maintenance tasks using power and hand tools.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.
• Assist in making decisions on minor and routine repairs.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor equipment repairs.
• Carry out tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, and drywall maintenance.
• Maintain logs, perform rounds, and complete maintenance work orders.
• Follow detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system.
• Experience with minor drywall and flooring.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and generator monitoring systems.
• Driver?s license and clean driving record.
