• Troubleshoot equipment sets and plumbing fixtures
• Supervise building automation system adjustments
• Conduct generator testing and inspections
• Coordinate work with vendors and contractors
• Perform preventative maintenance on various building systems

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience
• Strong communication skills
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience with Building Automation Systems
