• Coordinate specialized work with vendors and contractors
• Conduct preventative maintenance on various building systems
• Perform building and mechanical room inspections

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related maintenance experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience with Building Automation Systems
• Experience with computerized work order systems
