Job Details:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot equipment sets, perform plumbing fixtures replacements, rodding drains and pipes, identify leaks, maintain building automation systems, conduct generator testing, and address general building issues using technical drawings and manuals.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience
