Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail
• Clean, polish, and repair furniture and fixtures
• Record and verify operating conditions
• Maintain heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Monitor building security, perform safety checks, and address hazards
• Perform landscaping tasks and snow removal
• Set up facilities for events and perform ad-hoc cleaning

Requirements:

• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license may be required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks
• Experience in building operations is a plus
