The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance duties, assisting in minor repairs, and maintaining equipment using tools.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance tasks and repairs
• Assist in making decisions on minor repairs
• Maintain equipment and perform minor equipment repairs
• Conduct tasks like carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work
• Maintain logs, perform rounds, and complete maintenance work orders

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system
• Experience with minor drywall and flooring
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
