Job Overview:

As a General Manager, you will oversee account management, maintaining budgets, and exceeding client expectations. Building strong relationships with employees, guests, and clients will be key, along with integrating dining services into overall facility operations.

Job Details:

You will lead employee meetings, maintain compliance with company policies and regulations, manage financial aspects, and analyze data trends to ensure quality and efficiency in food service operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in employee meetings, reviews, and training programs.
  • Maintain compliance with local, Chattanooga, and Tennessee laws.
  • Manage food costs and quality standards.
  • Establish rapport with staff, clients, and other departments.
  • Manage financial reporting, budget adherence, and inventory controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Eight to ten years of upscale food service experience.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience in personnel management and budget creation.
  • Knowledge of HACCP controls and food storage.

Other Details:
