Job Overview:

We are looking for a General Manager of Restaurant Services to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dining services. Reporting to the Vice President, this role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, team leadership, and a focus on customer service.

Job Details:

The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of P&L, budgeting, HR functions, scheduling, training, customer relations, menu creation, and quality food service within the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting
  • Manage day-to-day operations
  • Conduct HR functions
  • Handle scheduling, payroll, and team training
  • Maintain relationships with customers and clients
  • Collaborate on menu creation
  • Implement new culinary programs

Requirements:

  • BS in Hospitality or Culinary
  • Five years of foodservice experience
  • Experience in high volume production and catering
  • Previous budget management experience
