Job Overview:

We are looking for Full-Time Manufacturing Operators to join our Injection Molding Manufacturing Facility in Fremont, California. You will be working in a climate-controlled, clean room environment focused on the production of medical equipment.

Job Details:

Each shift follows a two-week schedule with competitive pay for the 2nd Shift at $18.50/HR from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products and materials from injection molding machines
• Assemble various plastic parts in a clean room environment
• Maintain detailed records for product traceability
• Visually inspect parts for quality throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Perform small part assembly with dexterity
• Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively in a team

Requirements:

• Ability to work standing, sitting, or walking for extended hours
• Lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Perform tasks above the shoulders and below the knees
• Good close distance vision with or without corrective lenses
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
