Job Details:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will provide leadership to various departments, manage engineering projects, develop solutions for plant safety and environmental issues, and oversee the implementation of the plant's strategy for growth and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple engineering projects and project managers
• Support maintenance and engineering efforts for plant performance improvement
• Develop engineered solutions for safety and environmental issues
• Manage the plant's capital improvement program
• Ensure contractor safety practices and perform necessary safety evaluations

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Engineering
• Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably metals or rubber industry
• Experience in project management
• Legally authorized to work in the United Californias
