You will also coordinate conference guests and business services in multipurpose conference rooms, troubleshoot equipment, and assist clients with meeting setups.

Job Details:

As a Multimedia Technician, your main responsibility will be to manage events in multipurpose rooms, general floor conference rooms, and other meeting spaces. You will oversee the setup and breakdown of furniture, maintain cleanliness, and manage all audiovisual equipment in these spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate events in various meeting spaces
• Manage meeting setups and breakdowns
• Maintain and update audiovisual equipment
• Ensure proper space utilization for conference functions
• Provide high-touch customer service during events

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of network connectivity and compliance
• Experience in modern audio-visual concepts
• Proficiency in troubleshooting AV equipment
• Certification in Crestron DMC-E and network is preferred
• Basic understanding of computer programs and Microsoft Office
