Job Overview:

This position welcomes new graduates to join as an Operations Controller responsible for accounting activities within assigned account(s) and supporting the Regional Director of Finance in managing financial activities in the region.

Job Details:

The role involves reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts, financial result analysis, P/L and balance sheet tracking, budgeting, general ledger review, and resolution of accounting/reconciliation issues.

Responsibilities:

• Perform reconciliation and analysis for various balance sheet accounts
• Analyze financial results for internal and external purposes
• Manage monthly P/L and balance sheet activity
• Develop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities
• Review general ledger and balance sheets
• Resolve accounting and reconciliation issues
• Complete financial reports such as monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent professional experience
• 1-5 years? revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling experience
• Accounting experience in foodservice or retail industry
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, reports, budgets, and analyses
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with POS, cash, and credit card reports
