Join our team as an Operations Controller, where you will oversee accounting activities within assigned accounts and support the Regional Director of Finance in managing financial operations across the region.

Job Details:

You will be responsible for cash handling procedures, balance sheet account analysis, financial result evaluations, budget development, and financial reporting. This role involves maintaining inventory, cost control procedures, payroll, and human resources administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cash handling procedures
  • Perform reconciliation and analysis for balance sheet accounts
  • Analyze financial results and maintain monthly P/L and balance sheet activity
  • Develop forecasts and budgets
  • Review general ledger, resolve accounting/reconciliation issues, and prepare financial reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years? experience in revenue control and financial reporting
  • Accounting experience in foodservice or retail industry
  • Ability to prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
