Job Overview:

Join our team as an Operations Controller where you will oversee accounting activities within assigned accounts and support the Regional Director of Finance in managing financial operations in the region.

Job Details:

Your role will involve overseeing cash handling procedures, performing account reconciliations and analyses, tracking monthly P/L and balance sheet activities, developing forecasts and budgets while identifying risks and opportunities, and resolving accounting/reconciliation issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all cash handling procedures
  • Perform reconciliation and analysis for balance sheet accounts
  • Analyze financial results for internal and external use
  • Track monthly P/L and balance sheet activity
  • Develop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Accounting preferred
  • Minimum of five years? experience in revenue control and financial reporting
  • Experience in foodservice or retail industry is required
  • Proficiency in preparing financial statements and reports
