You will track financial incentives, penalties, and reporting linked to patient satisfaction, administer client surveys, and develop patient satisfaction action plans to meet account needs. Additionally, you will participate in hospital committees and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • HS diploma/GED or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service training experience
  • 3-4 years of service-oriented operations experience
  • Good coaching and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
