• Provide preventative solutions for payroll errors
• Manage internal and external payroll projects
• Communicate complex ideas with technical and non-technical staff
• Assess financial and technical impact of projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in accounting or finance
• 8+ years of multi-state payroll experience
• 8+ years of management experience
• 5+ years SAP experience
• Ability to effectively lead change and prioritize projects
