Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in a 2nd shift position from 2:30pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call rotating weekends. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $24.00 to $26.00 plus shift differentials, along with a $500 sign-on bonus and a $500 retention bonus after 6 months.

Job Details:

As part of our team, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and repairing boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC systems. You will also be involved in preventative maintenance activities and various repair tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and repair boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks as required.
• Construct, finish, install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Read blueprints and specifications to plan work layout.
• Respond to emergency problems in the facility and perform necessary repairs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Boiler Operator in an institutional setting.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to work independently.
• High School Diploma or GED.
