Job Details:

This position involves performing basic maintenance tasks and repairs while also assisting in decision-making for minor and routine repairs. The role requires a combination of maintenance skills including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance duties and repairs
• Assist in decision-making for minor repairs
• Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs using tools
• Execute tasks like carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor electrical work
• Maintain logs, complete work orders, tests, and inspections
• Follow and communicate detailed instructions verbally and in writing

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system
• Experience with minor drywall and flooring
• Previous commercial plumbing experience
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
