Job Details:

The Product Management Analyst position involves collaborating with Product Managers to translate business goals into innovative products and solutions. You will work closely with various teams to support the development of product strategies and roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our business, technology products, and user groups
• Support the creation of product strategies and roadmaps
• Participate in Program Increment planning and create feature backlogs
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing processes
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, product teams, and customers
• Execute customer-centric product management planning and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree required
• 1+ years of work-related product management or equivalent experience
• Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business analytical capabilities

Other Details:

This hybrid position is based in our Charlotte, NC office. Travel may be required (less than 25%).
