Job Overview:

Job Details:

This position involves conducting first article, in-process, and final inspections on small to medium-sized precision metal and plastic parts, adhering to AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on precision parts.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Utilize equipment such as optical & video comparators, micrometers, and calipers for inspections.
• Conduct reviews for various processing methods like heat treat, anodizing, plating, and passivation.
• Maintain quality standards and documentation throughout the inspection process.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
• Proficient in reading and understanding complex engineering drawings.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision work.
• Familiarity with True Positioning and Geometric Tolerance a plus.
