We are seeking a Controller for a key finance role at a global HQ in Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with strong business acumen, capable of fostering productive relationships with various team members.

Job Details:

This role, reporting to the Director of Finance with a dotted line to the General Manager, will involve collaborating with Operations and Sales to analyze and drive results that align with annual key performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

• Develop forecasts and budgets for the region
• Oversee the monthly close process and ensure accurate recording of sales and inventory
• Analyze financial results and track performance against budget
• Prepare action plans with operations to address financial issues
• Present financial data to clients during Quarterly Business Reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in accounting preferred
• CPA highly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in revenue control and financial reporting
• Experience in foodservice or retail industry desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Other Details:

Internal Control Reviews will be conducted annually at each unit within the region to ensure compliance with audit recommendations and timely resolution of accounting issues.
