We are seeking a Regional Controller to lead accounting and finance activities across various locations in the Virginia. In this role, you will collaborate with the Divisional Director of Finance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial operations.

Job Details:

The Regional Controller will oversee accounting functions, maintain internal controls, conduct financial analysis, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and complete accounting activities
• Uphold internal control procedures to protect company assets
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and identify risks and opportunities
• Train and mentor accounting staff, provide financial guidance to operational managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience
• Strong Excel analytic skills
• Experience supporting operations
• Ability to prepare key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
