Job Details:

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the retail services under the guidance of the Director of Dining Services.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise special functions
• Maintain cash controls and oversee payroll records
• Ensure customer satisfaction and good public relations
• Train staff in customer service and safety/sanitation
• Complete all reports in a timely manner

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of retail operational foodservice management experience preferred
• Good knowledge of food and catering trends
• Supervisory, leadership, and coaching skills
