This role involves planning and supervising special functions, maintaining cash controls, managing payroll records, and leading the hiring and training of our hourly team members. Customer satisfaction, resource efficiency, and adherence to corporate policies are key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise special functions

Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years retail operational foodservice management experience
  • Good knowledge of food and catering trends
  • Experience with cash retail operations preferred
  • Supervisory, leadership, and communication skills
