Job Details:

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will strategically sell hotel rooms, conference center space, related services, and food and beverage needs to individuals, groups, and companies. You will work towards achieving or exceeding annual sales goals through direct sales solicitation, new account development, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically sell hotel rooms, conference center space, and related services
• Achieve/exceed annual sales goals by developing new accounts and maintaining existing ones
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure timely responses to inquiries
• Work closely with customers throughout their meetings/conferences for customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• BS degree and minimum of two years hotel or conference center sales experience
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive mindset and exceptional customer service abilities
