As the Chef Manager Senior, you will oversee both front and back of the house operations in the food service departments. Your responsibilities include maintaining a high-quality culinary program, managing financial reporting, menu development, inventory control, purchasing, and ensuring sanitation standards are met. Additionally, you will handle personnel management tasks such as hiring, coaching, training, and developing the team.
You will be in charge of supervisory responsibilities following organizational policies and relevant laws, conducting employee meetings and training programs, implementing safety and sanitation procedures, managing food costs, team development, purchasing, and inventory controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems, excellent communication skills, and adherence to high ethical standards are required for this role. Certification in ServSafe or Department of Health is a plus.
